Broadcaster Seo Jang-hoon was appalled by a husband discussing absurd spouse conditions.
On the 9th, the last couple's story of the 7th season was revealed on JTBC’s ‘Divorce Reflection Camp’.
On that day, the husband talked about the conditions he wanted in a spouse before marriage. He said, “I wanted a woman who works part-time, lives far from my home, comes from a non-wealthy family, is 15 years younger than me, and has a strong energy and spirit.”
The husband added, “I dated a lot to prepare for marriage. I never dated for more than a year. If it goes over a year, I can’t meet another woman,” which surprised everyone. Upon hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon remarked, “He has his own nonsensical philosophy. He just happened to meet someone who fits those conditions.”
The husband met his 20-year-old wife when he was 32. He explained, “If the age difference is small, it would be close to advanced maternal age when we have children, so I thought it wouldn’t help the survival ability of the child, which is why I wanted to meet a younger woman,” shocking everyone.
Additionally, the husband mentioned a routine he follows when meeting women, saying, “I pretended to forget my wallet and watched my wife pay for everything, thinking ‘this kind of woman would be fine.’ Originally, a 12-year age difference is too small, and there should be a bigger difference, but I decided to get married,” he said.
