The identity of Yoon Jong-hoon's 10-year live-in partner will be revealed on ‘Pyeon Restaurant’.
In the episode airing on the 10th, KBS2’s ‘New Menu Launch Pyeon Restaurant’ (hereafter ‘Pyeon Restaurant’) will feature new chef Yoon Jong-hoon making his first appearance. He showcases a multifaceted charm, from his sickly sexy appeal and warm-heartedness to a strong villainous allure, winning the hearts of viewers with his surprising daily life and astonishing cooking skills.
In the VCR, Yoon Jong-hoon wakes up in the morning, slightly opens another door in the house to check something, and says, “You’re still here,” before quietly heading to the kitchen. As everyone in ‘Pyeon Restaurant’ wondered, “Is he married?” and “Is he revealing his wife?”, Yoon Jong-hoon added to the mystery by saying, “We’ve been living together for over 10 years.” Shortly after, the identity of Yoon Jong-hoon’s 10-year live-in partner was revealed to be a close friend he has known since middle school.
While his friend was still asleep, Yoon Jong-hoon prepared a full traditional Korean breakfast. The cooking class was impressive. When his friend finally woke up, he ate Yoon Jong-hoon’s cooking without any surprise reaction, as if it was nothing new, and Yoon Jong-hoon felt proud watching his friend enjoy the meal. The dinner table was no different.
In an interview, Yoon Jong-hoon’s friend said, “Jong-hoon always makes sure I don’t go hungry. He has been like that since we started living together,” and shared photos of their meals.
As someone who has watched him closely for 10 years, he praised Yoon Jong-hoon, saying, “I sometimes wonder if there is such a perfect person.” He also humorously mentioned, “People sometimes ask if we are dating,” which brought laughter.
