Ryu Soo-young presents a stir-fried dried squid dish that doesn't exist in the world.

On the 10th, KBS2's ‘New Menu Launch Pyeon Restaurant’ (hereafter ‘Pyeon Restaurant’) will feature ‘Trustworthy Chef Eo Nam-seng’ Ryu Soo-young revealing another hit recipe. This is the irresistible side dish ‘Stir-fried Dried Squid’ that can finish off a bowl of rice in no time. Above all, Ryu Soo-young's stir-fried dried squid is expected to be so soft and moist that it makes you wonder, ‘Is there such a stir-fried dried squid?’

Ryu Soo-young emphasized, “In this era of high prices, it’s important to have side dishes that you can keep in the refrigerator and eat over time.” He then revealed the top 5 best side dishes based on a survey conducted among 100 staff members of ‘Pyeon Restaurant’, with stir-fried dried squid taking the impressive first place.

The revealed recipe for Ryu Soo-young's stir-fried dried squid was truly astonishing. Ryu Soo-young placed the dried squid directly into a pan without soaking it beforehand or heating the pan. He then created a golden seasoning sauce with common condiments found in everyone’s kitchen. The cooking process was not difficult at all, yet it was completely different from the stir-fried dried squid recipes we know, surprising the ‘Pyeon Restaurant’ crew.

After 10 minutes, Ryu Soo-young's super simple and delicious stir-fried dried squid was completed. Ryu Soo-young expressed confidence, saying, “It’s okay if it cools down.
