Actress Geum Sae-rok received the Excellence Award for Long Drama at the ‘2024 KBS Acting Awards’.
Geum Sae-rok from ‘Iron Family’ expressed her gratitude after winning the Excellence Award for Long Drama during the ‘2024 KBS Acting Awards’ broadcast on the 11th, saying, “It was precious to be with my grateful seniors. I felt that I was not alone while working on this project. I thank the staff who supported us.”
She added, “I am very grateful to my family. I will strive to learn more and live as a beautiful actor with responsibility in the future.”
Geum Sae-rok previously won the Popularity Award and Best Couple Award, making her a triple winner.
The ‘2024 KBS Acting Awards’, hosted by broadcaster Jang Seong-kyu and actors Seo Hyun and Moon Sang-min, was originally scheduled to be broadcast live on December 31 of last year but was canceled due to the aftermath of the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster. The awards ceremony was recorded instead.
Nominees for the Grand Prize included Lee Soon-jae from the drama ‘Dog Barking’, Ji Hyun-woo and Lim Soo-hyang from ‘Beauty and the Beast’, Kim Jung-hyun and Park Ji-young from ‘Iron Family’, and Kim Ha-neul from ‘Let’s Grab the Collar Once’.
