A special day of voice actor Nam Do-hyung and Lalal has been revealed.
On the afternoon of the 11th, MBC's entertainment program 'Knowing Bros' (hereafter 'Knowing Bros') featured voice actor Nam Do-hyung and Lalal's alter ego Lee Myung-hwa.
In the broadcast, as soon as Nam Do-hyung woke up, he entered a soundproof booth and suddenly started ringing a wooden fish. He then recited a sutra to warm up his voice, saying, "I do this every day. I did it today too. It's just right. It ends in 2 minutes," sharing a useful tip.
Afterward, his manager appeared, and Nam Do-hyung entered the soundproof booth to record a corporate broadcast for a large company. Lee Young-ja asked, "I'm sorry, but how much do you charge for this kind of recording?" Nam Do-hyung coolly replied, "The rates for voice actors are already widely known. It's 200,000 to 500,000 won per hour. It's more common to charge in tens rather than hundreds."
Nam Do-hyung used a clicker for pet training to find editing points while recording, and his manager hinted, "We also need to record for 'Little Detective Kung Do-ryeong' tomorrow."
After the recording, he said, "Wow, today's schedule... Let's eat meat now. We have to hold out until 10:30 PM," and prepared a meal. Song Eun-yi asked, "How did you get to do this among many voice actors?" Nam Do-hyung replied, "I auditioned. Mr. Jimmy from 'Mr. Beast' requested recordings worldwide, so I auditioned and got selected. They told me to record 100 episodes a month. I also do previous videos. While recording previous videos, there were times I started in the morning and finished at 4 AM the next day," shocking everyone.
Despite the overwhelming amount of scripts, he completed the recording in one take and headed to the next schedule with voice actors Kang Si-hyun and Bang Si-woo. After finishing a total of five schedules, including animation recording, English learning material recording, and 'Things Like This in the World' recording, he responded to Hong Hyun-hee's question about his income, saying, "Today was a three-digit amount. I could treat everyone here to two-plus Hanwoo for three days," surprising the panelists.
He then wrapped up the day with dinner alongside voice actors Jung Hyung-seok and Jang Min-hyuk.
Next, Lalal made an appearance. Gaining popularity with the song 'Real Thing,' he headed to the broadcasting station for a music show stage. His manager said, "I've never been on 'Music Core,' so I asked what to prepare. I even brought in-ears. And I need a name tag too," making thorough preparations.
Entering the waiting room, Lalal said, "The picture quality is good, so I need to be delicate with my wrinkles. Since I'm going on air today, I shouldn't raise my eyebrows too much.
