Lee Sang-min confessed that he wants to get out of his panic disorder.

On the afternoon of the 19th, SBS's entertainment program 'My Little Old Boy' (hereinafter 'My Little Old Boy') featured Im Hyun-sik, Im Won-hee, Jung Seok-yong, Lee Yong-dae, Kim Jun-ho, and Lee Sang-min.

On this day’s broadcast, Im Won-hee and Jung Seok-yong prepared a birthday table for Im Hyun-sik's 80th birthday. Seok-yong hinted to Won-hee, saying, "There aren't many people born on December 31. It's rare," but Won-hee replied, "There aren't any," confirming it. It turned out that Jung Seok-yong's birthday was also December 31.

Seok-yong kept asking, "Have you ever made seaweed soup for anyone's birthday?" and Won-hee replied, "I think I have," without realizing it. After they personally made sea urchin seaweed soup, they even put up a banner on the wall. However, the banner read, "Congratulations on Teacher Hyun-sik's 80th birthday and Seok-yong's birthday," and Seok-yong was touched, saying, "You remembered?"

Hyun-sik said, "It's really delicious! I didn't know it could be this tasty," and enjoyed the seaweed soup, expressing his happiness by saying, "It's nice to celebrate together." He also mentioned, "I think Mrs. Ok-jin's birthday is in December too," continuously referring to Tony An's mother, and added, "But I wonder if it's okay to meet on a snowy day. If we both fall while walking, it shouldn't be at the same time. One should fall at a time," imagining a future date.

Then, Lee Geon-joo suddenly appeared, calling out, "Father!" He said, "Congratulations on your 80th birthday. I prepared a lucky bag cake," and sang a birthday song. Lee Geon-joo shared, "My schedule is fully booked until November. I don't have anyone I'm dating right now," and then suddenly changed the subject, saying, "I knew Won-hee hyung had returned, but I'm a bit disappointed."

Im Won-hee asked, "What about my luck in love?" Lee Geon-joo replied, "First, let's talk about Hyung! If you set your mind to it, you can get married, you know? There are many women, but strangely, you have a lonely fate. You can date if you want. The reason is that your standards are too high. You like intelligent women, right? You need to let go of some of your desires. But why do you have so many desires for children? You want to have as many as you can, right?"

When Im Won-hee asked, "What will happen in the future?" Lee Geon-joo said, "In 2025, you won't meet any women. Because someone has already come and gone around you. There was someone you liked, but it didn't connect. You had a crush on someone, right? It’s not that it couldn't happen; it definitely existed. You liked many people in the broadcasting industry, and there were people you secretly liked. But it won't work out with that person. It might be hard to date until 2026, but if you lower your standards a bit, you can definitely get married," he added.

Next, he surprised everyone by saying to Jung Seok-yong, "But... do you have someone you're dating right now? No? Hyung? You could think about marriage, and that concern could become a reality." Lee Geon-joo said, "Hyung, your luck in marriage is good. If you're thinking about marriage, it would be good to push forward strongly. But if you don't get married this time, it will be hard for the next 6-7 years."

Finally, Im Hyun-sik said, "I started to take an interest in women about 10 years ago. I spent time without anything coming to fruition, and now I've grown old," and asked about his luck in love with Tony An's mother. Lee Geon-joo replied, "Teacher, when you got married before, did someone help you with matchmaking? In 2025, you can expect to meet someone with whom you can have good conversations while taking walks. It seems like you'll have a lot to smile about. They are not in the same field. I can see you smiling a lot," and Im Hyun-sik cheered, "Good things will happen soon, Ok-jin!" making the panel laugh.

In the second segment of 'My Little Old Boy', badminton player Lee Yong-dae, who is preparing for a body profile shoot, appeared. With just one hour left before the shoot, he started lower and upper body exercises, and at that moment, Kim Jun-ho showed up. Kim Jun-ho joked, "People say you and I look alike. If I lose weight, it's you. If you lose weight, it's me. You're turning 50, right? That's me!"

Lee Yong-dae confessed, "I've been managing for about two months. I'm currently 73kg, but I was 80kg before," revealing that he lost 7kg. He continued, "Hyung, I really worked hard!" boasting about his efforts.

Kim Jun-ho said, "I'm not doing a body profile; I'm trying to take before-and-after photos. I had a health check-up, and my cholesterol was high, so I was told to lose 10kg. I want to show a changed body at my wedding," explaining his reason for wanting to lose weight. He then started exercising following Lee Yong-dae's coaching but was disappointed by his lack of abs.

Lee Yong-dae said, "They say you shouldn't have hair when taking photos. Hair can hide muscles. So I brought waxing tape," and Kim Jun-ho gasped, "I've never shaved!" However, he soon attached the waxing tape to his belly and armpits, and when Lee Yong-dae ripped it off, he exclaimed, "Ooooh!" feeling excruciating pain. Kim Ji-min's mother sighed, "It's commendable, but I wonder how long that will last..."

During the shoot, Kim Jun-ho held up a banner that read, "I love you, Ji-min," surprising the panel once again. Lee Yong-dae also felt proud when he saw a plaster cast of his upper body.

In the third segment of 'My Little Old Boy', Lee Sang-min appeared. He said in the car, "I need to take a pill," and took a mysterious medication, mumbling to his manager, "I need to sleep well today." The manager asked, "Hyung, have you been unable to sleep lately because of your panic disorder?" Lee Sang-min replied, "I can't sleep more often than not. My home and car are the most comfortable for me. I feel fine as long as I take my medication... but I need to reduce it. I've been taking it for 10 years," revealing his current situation.

On another day, Lee Sang-min visited a mental health clinic and said, "Everything is still the same. I hardly took the additional sleeping pills you gave me. It's been over 10 years since I started taking medication. It was around the end of 2013. I developed panic disorder after breaking up with my girlfriend and having my appearance fees seized, but fortunately, I feel okay after taking the medication. At first, I was taking two bags. But now, I take as many as 8 pills before bed," causing concern among the mothers.

He continued, "When I take the medication, I get sleepy, so I drink 2 liters of coffee a day. If panic comes again and again, I take the medication," expressing his desire to quit. The doctor explained, "If you become dependent on medication, your self-esteem will drop. It's like the alarm system warning you of danger is broken. The alarm goes off even when there is no dangerous situation."

Sang-min said, "When I drastically reduced my medication, I went to Yangyang to recover. But suddenly, I had a seizure, hyperventilated, and my heart tightened. It was so hard that I immediately asked my manager to come pick me up by taxi. I thought I couldn't drive, so my manager took me. It was the first seizure I had experienced in 9-10 years," and the doctor added, "I think the combination of depression and panic disorder makes it more difficult."

After the consultation, Sang-min underwent tests and returned for another consultation. When Sang-min said, "I never even thought about taking the subway," the doctor suggested, "How about trying to take the subway as exposure therapy? I hope you can welcome panic attacks instead of fearing them. If it doesn't work out, you can try again, and the fact that you have the will to do so is very encouraging."

‘My Little Old Boy’ airs every Sunday at 9:05 PM on SBS.
