Actor Seong-hoon has purchased a luxury residential-commercial apartment located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to the court registry on the 25th, Seong-hoon bought a 69.65㎡ unit in the residential-commercial complex 'Sangji Kyle Room Black' located in Yeoksam-dong for 2.62467 billion won on October 18 of last year. He completed the payment a month later and took ownership.
A bank mortgage with a maximum claim amount of 1.44 billion won has been established. Considering that this is typically about 120% of the loan amount, it appears that he borrowed approximately 1.2 billion won to purchase the property.
Sangji Kyle Room Black was completed in June of last year and is a residential-commercial complex that connects three basement levels to 20 above-ground floors. It consists of a total of 40 units, including 20 apartments and 20 officetels.
Notably, it is reported that actor Kim Kang-woo also purchased a unit of the same size in the same apartment complex.
Seong-hoon gained recognition through the SBS drama 'My Girlfriend is a Gumiho' in 2011. He has consistently worked on various projects and increased his popularity as a key member of the MBC entertainment program 'My Little Old Boy.' He further connected with the public through the 2023 TVING original drama 'Lee Jae, Soon to Die.'
