Actor Goo Seong-hwan confessed to having health anxiety.
In the episode of MBC's 'I Live Alone' aired on the 21st, Goo Seong-hwan was seen getting a health checkup.
On that day, Goo Seong-hwan stated, "I get a health checkup once a year. I came to the local internal medicine clinic earlier this year because I couldn't do it last year." He continued, "I have severe health anxiety, so in the past, I used to get health checkups twice a year. But the hospital advised against it, so now I do it once a year. I do blood tests three times a year."
Additionally, Goo Seong-hwan mentioned that he strictly manages his health three weeks before the health checkup, saying, "Usually, they tell you to fast from 6 PM the day before the health checkup, but I fast for almost 24 hours. I don't even drink water for 20 hours," which drew attention.
