Former announcer Kim Seon-geun, who has transitioned to freelancing, expresses his gratitude towards Jang Yoon-jung.

In the KBS2 entertainment program ‘The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears’ airing today (23rd) at 4:40 PM, boss Eom Ji-in seeks out former announcer Kim Seon-geun, who is working as a freelancer, for mental training for announcers Kim Jin-woong and Hong Joo-yeon. Jeon Hyun-moo humorously remarks on Kim Seon-geun's declaration of freelancing, saying, “It was a bit sudden at that time.” Meeting with Kim Seon-geun, Kim Jin-woong states, “I poured my soul into KBS,” eliciting laughter. Jeon Hyun-moo adds, “You pour your soul in and your body leaves,” showcasing the relaxed demeanor of a successful freelance senior.

However, Kim Seon-geun reveals the hardships of freelancing, moving everyone emotionally. He explains, “I left for money. I suddenly needed money when my house subscription was selected.” However, he shares, “For six months after leaving, I had zero income. At that time, Jang Yoon-jung gave me 2 million won in an envelope, saying, ‘Seon-geun, you might need this when you leave,’” surprising everyone. He then mentions doing part-time jobs like wrapping books, loading and unloading for an online shopping mall, and laundry collection. Kim Seon-geun confesses, “I often got scolded by the security guards in the early morning and cried a lot in the car,” revealing his feelings for the first time, evoking sympathy. He advises Kim Jin-woong and Hong Joo-yeon not to think about freelancing, saying, “I was ambiguous when I left. It was hard because there was no position,” which brings laughter.

In response, Park Myung-soo scolds Jeon Hyun-moo, asking, “Hyun-moo, is it enough for you to be happy?” raising curiosity about Jeon Hyun-moo's reaction. Kim Seon-geun's candid confession will be revealed in the main broadcast of ‘Sadangui’.

‘The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears’ airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM.
