In 'Divorce Insurance', Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee are set to ensure the happiness of viewers.

The production team of tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Divorce Insurance' (directed by Lee Won-seok and Choi Bo-kyung, written by Lee Tae-yoon, planned by CJ ENM and Studio Genie, produced by Mongjakso and Studio Mondo) released a unique 'Life Guarantee' teaser on the 24th, raising expectations.

‘Divorce Insurance’ is a pure guarantee-type office romantic comedy that presents a divorce insurance product to cope with the hottest disaster of our time, divorce, developed by the innovative product development team of an insurance company filled with the best brains. Through the process of creating a divorce insurance that guarantees the life after an unexpected separation, which is a potential disaster for everyone, a relatable growth story for adults striving to live 'authentically' unfolds joyfully. Director Lee Won-seok, who showcased his sensuous and witty directing skills in the movie , and writer Lee Tae-yoon, who received public love for his fresh and unique concepts in works like 'The Tale of Nokdu', 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim', and 'My Roommate is a Gumiho', have teamed up, raising high expectations. Above all, attention is focused on the synergy created by trusted actors Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee.

The life guarantee teaser video released that day stimulates curiosity about the unprecedented divorce insurance product. The character No Gi-jun (played by Lee Dong-wook) reflects on the numerous existing insurance products. The insurance he ambitiously introduces is not flood insurance, earthquake insurance, fire insurance, or car insurance, but rather 'divorce'. The narration stating, "Divorce insurance that guarantees your happiness," followed by the appearances of No Gi-jun, Kang Han-deul (played by Lee Joo-bin), An Jeong-man (played by Lee Kwang-soo), and Jeon Na-rae (played by Lee Da-hee), heightens expectations for the life guarantee insurance that the divorce insurance team will present to those preparing for a second life, showcasing a product never seen before.

Lee Dong-wook plays No Gi-jun, an insurance actuary in the innovative product development team of Plus Insurance, who appears to be the perfect man with both qualifications and expertise but has experienced three divorces. Having been financially and emotionally drained by three marriages and divorces, he is a principled character who confidently reveals his divorce history despite societal prejudices. In an era where divorce rates are skyrocketing, he decides to develop a divorce insurance product based on the idea that divorce is indeed an unexpected disaster in life.

Lee Joo-bin takes on the role of Kang Han-deul, an underwriter (insurance contract review) at the insurance company who is reborn through divorce. Having lived under the belief that enduring for a long time is the answer, Kang Han-deul resolves to become a completely different person after her divorce, joining No Gi-jun's divorce insurance development team as a capable underwriter equipped with 'Bbang-tol (Bbang-geut Ttorai) beauty'. Gaining the courage to step into the world while being part of the development team, she begins to develop a new kind of relationship with No Gi-jun.

Lee Kwang-soo plays An Jeong-man, a cautious and prudent safety-first person. True to his safety-oriented personality, An Jeong-man becomes a risk surveyor who proposes accident prevention measures and efficient insurance programs. He joins No Gi-jun's divorce insurance project, embarking on the greatest adventure of his life. Although he pretends to be cool on the outside, he is actually timid and faces a turning point in his life while struggling with the members of the divorce insurance development team.

Lee Da-hee portrays Jeon Na-rae, a financial mathematician who views the world solely from an investment perspective. Unable to empathize with the idea that one must go all-in on a single person just because they are getting married, she quickly divorces after returning from her honeymoon due to differences in values. Confident in all her choices and decisions, Jeon Na-rae joins No Gi-jun's divorce insurance team as a special advisory quant, gradually experiencing changes in her life.

The production team of 'Divorce Insurance' stated, "Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee have formed a super-specialized team to prepare for divorce," adding, "Through the process of pricing the cost of divorce, an unexpected life disaster, and the various stories of the people they meet along the way, we will provide a unique kind of fun."

tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Divorce Insurance' will premiere on March 31, Monday at 8:50 PM and will be available to viewers worldwide through the global OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
