The candidates for the March champion include Park Seo-jin's ‘Honey Tip’, Mai Jin's ‘Broken Pencil’, and Son Tae-jin's ‘I Will Call You’. Park Seo-jin's ‘Honey Tip’ is competing for first place to enter the Hall of Fame. In addition, Yang Ji-won returns with ‘On a Roll’ following ‘BAEBAE’, Kim Yong-pil continues the romantic gentleman moment with his lyrical song ‘A Hundred Seasons’, and Hwang Min-ho presents ‘Manga’ with a song that captures a child's heart for their mother, showcasing a variety of stages.
The first ‘Fan ON Star’ stage will be revealed in this ‘Trot Champion’. It is Ha Dong-geun's ‘Gilsanghwa’.
‘Gilsanghwa’ is a stage that Ha Dong-geun personally chose as one he wants to show to fans once more, drawing attention. It is said that he could not perform it often due to preparations for the ‘Mr. Trot 2’ competition.
‘Gilsanghwa’ is a song inspired by the story of the representative poem ‘Me, Natasha, and the White Donkey’ by beloved Korean poet Baek Seok. Known as the ‘Round Sun of Trot’, Ha Dong-geun has received much love for his bright and exciting moments. However, this stage is expected to showcase a completely different charm. It is rumored that he spared no effort in various aspects, including costumes, direction, and choreography, for this special stage.
‘Fan ON Star’ is selected through fan voting and will appear on Trot Champion for three months, presenting special stages and various content.
Park Seo-jin, Kim Soo-chan, and Na Tae-joo, who heated up the living rooms in ‘Current King of Trot 2’, will also visit ‘Trot Champion’. Winner Park Seo-jin will continue the excitement by challenging the Hall of Fame. Additionally, Na Tae-joo is expected to showcase his performance skills with ‘Look at Me as a Man’. In particular, Kim Soo-chan will present ‘When Will Heungbu’, which he revealed in ‘Current King of Trot 2’. ‘When Will Heungbu’ is a song produced based on the traditional fairy tale ‘Heungbu and Nolbu’.
