KBS announcer Kim Jae-won has clarified rumors regarding his departure from 'Morning Yard'.
On the 17th, during the KBS1 broadcast of 'Morning Yard', Kim Jae-won greeted viewers by saying, "I know many of you have been curious, but I am here safely today."
He continued, "It seems there was some misunderstanding over the weekend. Viewers outside the metropolitan area may not know, but I have only left 'Morning Yard - Happy Friday Couple Party'. I received a lot of calls due to some misunderstandings in several articles," he explained.
Additionally, announcer Kim Jae-won stated, "I apologize for causing concern. Starting this week, I will only be with national viewers from Monday to Thursday. I want to give my juniors a chance with 'Happy Friday Couple Party' and I plan to take some vacations occasionally," he added.
Previously, on the 14th broadcast of 'Morning Yard', Kim Jae-won announced, "Today is the last time for Kim Jae-won and Kim Soo-chan to host the Couple Party," and "I will be leaving 'Happy Friday Couple Party' after today. Starting next week, a new host will come in to work with Kim Soo-chan." Accordingly, announcer Kang Seong-kyu will take over 'Happy Friday Couple Party'.
