Actor Seol Kyung-gu mentioned actor Park Eun-bin when discussing his reason for participating in 'Hyperknife.'

On the afternoon of the 17th, a production presentation for the Disney+ original series 'Hyperknife' was held at the Conrad Hotel located in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Park Eun-bin, Seol Kyung-gu, Yoon Chan-young, Park Byung-eun, and director Kim Jung-hyun. The event was hosted by broadcaster Park Kyung-rim.

'Hyperknife' is a medical thriller that depicts the intense confrontation between 'Seok,' a once-promising genius doctor, and his mentor 'Deok-hee,' who brought him to ruin.

On this day, Seol Kyung-gu expressed his reason for participating, saying, "I was very curious and excited because Park Eun-bin was involved. The reason I took on this project is Park Eun-bin."

Hearing this, Park Byung-eun jokingly said, "Wasn't I a reason for participating?" to which Seol Kyung-gu replied, "Wasn't I cast after you? You weren't even a reason for my participation," bringing laughter to the audience.

Park Eun-bin, who played the role of 'Woo Young-woo,' a genius lawyer on the autism spectrum in 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo,' perfectly embodied the complex character and won the Grand Prize in the TV category at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards, is now drawing attention with her new acting transformation.

Additionally, Seol Kyung-gu, who won the Best Actor award in the film category at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards for 'Kingmaker' and has received immense love for his flawless acting in every project, will portray 'Choi Deok-hee,' the world's top neurosurgeon who cruelly rejects 'Seok,' heightening expectations for their explosive acting rivalry.

'Hyperknife' will be available on Disney+ starting from the 19th, with two episodes released weekly.
