Comedian Han Min-kwan revealed his recent transformation into a hamburger shop owner.

On the afternoon of the 23rd, KBS2's entertainment program ‘Sajangnim Gwi-eun Dangnagi Gwi’ (hereinafter ‘Sajangui’) featured Lee Soon-sil and Kim Byung-hyun.

On this day, Lee Soon-sil appeared as the first boss. Visiting Jung Joon-ha's restaurant, he said, "If I open a restaurant, I plan to serve cold noodles in summer, dumpling soup, acorn noodle soup, and blood sausage soup in winter. I want to try making new menu items here."

Lee Soon-sil boldly entered Jung Joon-ha's kitchen, took out acorn dough to make noodles, and said, "Chef, you need to boil some water on one side," taking charge of the kitchen.

After seeing Soon-sil's North Korean-style chicken rice and acorn bibim-guksu, Jung Joon-ha commented, "It's visually artistic. I'll speak frankly. I wonder if it will sell in Gangnam," and tasted the chicken rice first. After tasting it, Jung Joon-ha remarked, "It has a very healthy taste. This is really a healthy flavor... If we want to sell this, it needs to be a bit more stimulating. It would be nice to have a dipping sauce so people can eat it to their liking. If we have soy sauce and Cheongyang pepper as condiments, people can eat it according to their preferences. To sell this, we need to go to Yeoncheon and do business," he said critically.

Next, after tasting the acorn bibim-guksu, Jung Joon-ha said, "The noodles are unique! It feels interesting while eating, but it only has the salty taste of soybean paste, making it seem like, 'Should I mix it with some sauce since the seasoning is gone?' I don't think young people would eat this," delivering a series of harsh critiques.

Watching this on VCR, Lee Soon-sil expressed her discomfort, saying, "I can't stand looking at Jung Joon-ha anymore. I like Park Myung-soo more now."

In the end, Jung Joon-ha asked, "Don't we have any chili sauce?" and added broth, chili sauce, and seaweed flakes to the acorn noodle soup to create a new dish, which the staff tasted and praised, saying, "It's delicious."

Lee Soon-sil revealed her true feelings in an interview, saying, "The food my body craves is stimulating, which can be unhealthy. I wish we could eat purely with the flavors of salt, soybean paste, and soy sauce like in North Korea."

However, after tasting Jung Joon-ha's bibim-guksu, Lee Soon-sil admitted, "It's delicious... The soybean sauce, chili sauce, and seaweed make it good."

Jung Joon-ha suggested, "Should we add some chili sauce to the rice?" and the staff smiled, saying, "No words are needed."

Jung Joon-ha said, "We need to start dinner service now, right? It's Friday, so there will be many customers. Then help me out," and made way for Lee Soon-sil, who plotted, "Now that Jung Joon-ha is gone, this is my world."

Later, Lee Soon-sil personally made flyers and distributed them to citizens. She promoted her food to customers, saying, "The spicy chicken stew is sold out. You can only order either the rice or the bibim-guksu."

Customers who tasted the chicken rice said, "It's really delicious," while those who tried the acorn noodle soup exclaimed, "It's so chewy" and "It's delicious," praising it highly.

The second boss to appear was Kim Byung-hyun. He set up a new nest in the Yangjae Station food court and prepared hamburgers to sell during lunch, but it was a ghost town. At that moment, Park Myung-soo appeared and assessed the situation, saying, "Isn't it lunchtime? Why is there no opening rush?"

Park Myung-soo said, "I'll taste it first. I'll try the burger signature set," and took the initiative. Watching Kim Byung-hyun make a Hawaiian burger, Park Myung-soo initially got angry, asking, "Why are you so slow?" but after tasting it, he praised, "It tastes good. I thought it would be mediocre, but it's really delicious."

Upon hearing the price of the hamburger, which was 12,100 won, Kim Sook asked, "Why are you charging an extra 100 won?" Jeon Hyun-moo added, "It makes it look much more expensive because of that 100 won. You should just charge 200 won less," looking puzzled. In response, Kim Byung-hyun said, "I made a mistake. I think I miscalculated!" sweating profusely, while Kim Sook advised, "No place charges an extra 100 won."

Kim Byung-hyun asked Park Myung-soo, "Did you really earn 1 billion won a year from your chicken shop?" To which Park Myung-soo replied, "That was 20 years ago. It was over 100 million won a month. I was number one in the country for 교X chicken. I even did deliveries, and during the Yeouido Spring Flower Festival, when I fried 100 chickens, they all sold out immediately," revealing an annual revenue of over 1.2 billion won.

Kim Byung-hyun praised, "I didn't think of you as cool, but you look different," and Park Myung-soo shyly responded, "I work hard at whatever I do."

Afterward, Park Myung-soo led Kim Byung-hyun to promote the shop directly to citizens.

Additionally, Park Myung-soo and Kim Byung-hyun visited comedian Han Min-kwan, who was selling burgers in Sinchon. Han Min-kwan stated, "My monthly sales are 100 million won. Since the hamburger market is a red ocean, I thought we needed unique marketing, so I decided not to fall behind in price competition and offer a buy one, get one free promotion," explaining his marketing strategy.

He added, "I already had hamburger patty machinery before opening the store. Ultimately, we need to reduce material costs significantly!"

Han Min-kwan recalled, "I also went bankrupt once with a grilled intestines business. At that time, the monthly rent was 12 million won. The price of 12,000 won per serving was considered expensive. I didn't think about the university area. I lost a clean 140 million won," reflecting on his past.

He also pointed out the issues with Kim Byung-hyun's hamburger shop, saying, "I analyzed the Sinchon commercial area, and it's Y University. That's why I chose blue for the store color. Everything needs a reason. If it's high-end, it should be high-end; being in the middle seems ambiguous."

When Park Myung-soo asked whether being a comedian or running a business was more profitable, Han Min-kwan honestly replied, "To be honest, broadcasting is much easier. In business, you have to do everything yourself."

Next, the two visited a restaurant and hurriedly ate stir-fried pork neck, spicy chicken fried rice, and jjajangmyeon. Park Myung-soo remarked, "Shouldn't there be some left over after selling this? You have to pay the chef's salary, right? How will you make a profit? Follow me!" leading Kim Byung-hyun.

As they headed to the kitchen, Kim Byung-hyun was astonished to see a robot making food. He expressed his admiration, saying, "If there are cooking robots like this, I think the business will do well."

‘Sajangui’ can be seen every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
