Kang Yoo-seok from ‘Poksak Sogassuda’ is making headlines.

In the Netflix series ‘Poksak Sogassuda’, Kang Yoo-seok, who garnered attention from his first appearance, showcased a brilliant performance in the recently released Act 3 on the 21st, raising expectations.

Since its release, ‘Poksak Sogassuda’ has consistently ranked in the global TOP 10 series (non-English) and continues to receive positive reviews, with Kang Yoo-seok's performance also being highlighted. He plays Eun-myeong, the son of Ae-soon (played by Moon So-ri) and the younger brother of Geum-myeong (played by IU), gradually building the character's narrative and leading the stormy developments.

In Act 3, a small twist is revealed as Eun-myeong's girlfriend is Hyun-sook (played by Lee Soo-kyung), the daughter of Byeong-gil (played by Choi Dae-hoon), maximizing the intrigue. Eun-myeong, entering his teenage years, shows a somewhat rebellious side but also displays a tsundere charm by caring for his mother, resembling Gwan-sik (played by Park Hae-joon). Additionally, the passionate love story with Hyun-sook, reminiscent of the young Ae-soon and Gwan-sik couple, consistently brings laughter and vitality to the drama.

Kang Yoo-seok's acting skills were perfect in expressing Eun-myeong's diverse aspects. Unlike Geum-myeong, he is a troublemaker with no interest in studying, but he charmingly reveals a deep side hidden behind his seemingly immature actions.

Kang Yoo-seok's detailed acting and smooth control of intensity not only added depth to the character but also enhanced the immersive experience of Eun-myeong's narrative. As Eun-myeong suddenly visits home with Hyun-sook after his military discharge at the end of Act 3, attention is drawn to what kind of story will bring fun and empathy.

The final story of ‘Poksak Sogassuda’, featuring Kang Yoo-seok, will be released on Netflix on the 28th.
