Kim Sang-hyuk revealed that he suffered financial losses.

On the afternoon of the 5th, KBS2's 'Salim Nam Season 2' (hereafter 'Salim Nam') featured Kim Sang-hyuk, who shared his recent situation after a long time.

During the broadcast, Kim Sang-hyuk recounted, "In 2008, after my father passed away, my mother started dating a man who turned out to be a scammer. I also gave my mother a carnation for Parents' Day and visited my father's grave and my grandmother's tomb. He was trying to start a motel business. We took out loans using our apartment as collateral in my name and my mother's name and gave the money to a construction company, but they never built the building. My mother couldn't tell us for two years. She was paying 10 million won in interest every month, and one day I found her crying alone in her room."

Ultimately, Sang-hyuk decided to sell the two apartments the family owned at a low price, stating, "Each apartment was worth 1 billion won, and since we paid over 100 million won in interest every year for three years, it amounts to about 2.3 billion won at the time."

‘Salim Nam’ airs every Saturday at 9:15 PM.
