Lim Hyun-sik and Tony An's mother reunited.
On the afternoon of the 6th, in the SBS entertainment program ‘My Ugly Duckling’ (hereinafter ‘My Ugly Duckling’), Lim Hyun-sik met with Tony An and his mother.
On this day’s broadcast, Tony An appeared as the first "ugly duckling." Lim Hyun-sik waited for Tony An, Kim Jun-ho, and Lim Won-hee, saying, “Why are you taking so long?” At that moment, the three appeared, and upon seeing Tony An, Lim Hyun-sik exclaimed, “Oh Tony!” in delight. Tony also introduced himself, saying, “I am Tony An, Mrs. Lee Ok-jin's son.”
Lim Hyun-sik asked, “Is your mother doing well? Didn’t she ask about me? She must have talked about me,” laughing. Tony An, feeling pressured by Lim Hyun-sik's intense gaze, took out a gift to lighten the mood.
Kim Jun-ho asked, “What did you think of Lim Hyun-sik before your mother met him?” To this, Tony An replied, “When I was young, I wished he was my father. Is this a dream or reality~ How about going inside where it’s warm?” Tony An remarked, “Oh, that’s intense,” unable to bear watching his mother’s romantic interactions.
Lim Hyun-sik also said, “Since I learned your name, I forgot the name of the flower. I’m not joking,” making a playful comment.
Tony An, watching Lim Hyun-sik wrap lettuce for his mother, said, “This is really strange. It’s the first time I’ve seen my mom like this,” feeling unfamiliar. He continued, “My father passed away 17 years ago. Since then, I haven’t called anyone ‘father’,” he said quietly. To this, Tony An's mother replied, “Since there’s no father, you can call me father,” and Lim Hyun-sik encouraged, “Go ahead and call him.” When Tony An finally called out “Father,” Lim Hyun-sik responded, “Yes, my son,” with a smile.
Afterward, Lim Hyun-sik and Tony An's mother spent some time alone, and she expressed her feelings, saying, “Come visit Gangwon-do! Let’s go on a date there,” showing mutual interest.
The second "ugly duckling" was Kim Jun-ho. Sleeping at his sister's house, Kim Jun-ho confessed the reality of not having a place to live when his sister told him to leave. “I’m getting married in July, but I have no place to live. I miscalculated the timing of my move. I was going to live at Jimin’s house, but Jimin’s mother said it’s a bit much...” he shared.
His sister pointed out, “With this level of hygiene, I think you should leave. You can go to Sang-min’s house! It doesn’t seem like you’ve showered... You didn’t even wipe your feet, did you?” criticizing Kim Jun-ho’s hygiene.
Receiving a red talisman, Kim Jun-ho called his mother, and his sister snitched, “He came back saying he would stay for a few days, but he hasn’t showered.” His mother replied, “You’re going to marry Jimin, so you need to live cleanly. I’m so happy that Jimin is coming over~ Sometimes I even smile in my sleep. I’m so happy! I get emotional every time I see my son propose. Treat Jimin well~” expressing her affection for Kim Ji-min.

Entering the cursing room, he remarked, “It feels awkward to curse,” but then shouted, “You bastards!” unleashing a torrent of curses.
Next, he saw a solution that read ‘Ask someone to buy you a meal’ and contacted his most cherished junior. While at an eel restaurant, he kept thinking, “You pay for it,” but fell into deep thought when his junior said, “I’m struggling these days, so I even do delivery.”
However, his junior said, “I’ll pay today,” and took out a card, leaving Seung-soo feeling uneasy about accepting. He then handed over a large sum, saying, “Use this for your taxi fare on the way back.”
