‘My Child's Life’ presented a love story between Choo Sung-hoon and Yano Shiho that brought both laughter and emotion.
On the broadcast of ENA's entertainment program ‘My Child's Life’ (hereafter ‘My Life’) on the 6th, the heartwarming stories of two families, the Do family and the Choo family, were depicted. Do Kyung-wan and the Do siblings gained new experiences through special classes and travel in Vietnam, while the Choo family shared their past love stories and delightful daily life, bringing great laughter to the viewers.
On this day, Do Kyung-wan and the Do siblings conducted a Korean language class for local students at a Korean language school in Vietnam. Yeon-woo and Ha-young led a well-structured class, from necessary expressions for traveling in Korea to K-makeup lessons, eliciting enthusiastic responses from the local students. Jang Yoon-jung also praised, saying, “My kids love the class so much.”
Afterward, the three headed to the famous spot in Vietnam, Mui Ne, known as the ‘Fairy Spring’, often referred to as the Grand Canyon of the East. Ha-young, dressed in a beautiful dress for photos, was flustered to find out she had to dip her feet in the water and exclaimed, “That’s not it!” upon seeing the spring. Jang Yoon-jung remarked, “Ha-young is becoming more and more like me,” acknowledging that Ha-young's tone resembled hers.
While walking through the Fairy Spring, Ha-young's shoes came off. Although Yeon-woo managed to retrieve the shoes safely, Ha-young, who had already gotten wet and lost her shoes, refused to go any further. However, watching her brother move forward despite her protests, Ha-young said, “Come back, you’re not listening to me?” once again channeling Jang Yoon-jung's tone and causing a stir in the studio.
Thanks to Yeon-woo's sweet consideration, the two reconciled, and the Do siblings successfully completed their trip to the Fairy Spring. The sight of the children overcoming various challenges together and creating new memories provided great healing to the viewers.
Next, the daily life of the currently hottest ‘Ajoossi’ Choo Sung-hoon and the Choo family was revealed. The Choo family's home, which had previously garnered attention for its disorganized appearance during Choo Sung-hoon's personal broadcast, caught the eye with its neat and tidy state. The family gathered for breakfast and shared laughs over the story of their chimpanzee, Kiki, whom Choo Sung-hoon affectionately referred to as his second son. However, Choo Sung-hoon pretended not to hear Yano Shiho's desire for a real second child, eliciting laughter.
Additionally, the shopping mall date between Sarang and Yano Shiho was depicted. Yano Shiho utilized her modeling experience to find clothes that suited Sarang, enjoying a delightful time. Soon after, Choo Sung-hoon joined them after finishing his workout, completing the Choo family, and they began discussing ‘dating’.
Their meeting came about when Yano Shiho developed an interest in Choo Sung-hoon after seeing him on TV. When Sarang asked, “Who liked whom first?” Yano Shiho replied, “While we were dating before we officially got together, Dad's eyes were sparkling, and I thought, ‘This person likes me.’ So, on the way home, I hugged him, and Dad was surprised,” indicating that she expressed her feelings first. However, Choo Sung-hoon playfully responded, “I don’t remember,” causing laughter.
Yano Shiho also recalled the proposal. On her birthday, Choo Sung-hoon appeared in a suit, arriving in a rented limousine, and while they were eating and heading home, he suddenly ran off, claiming he had a stomachache. This was actually a setup for the proposal, and when Yano Shiho arrived home late, Choo Sung-hoon had prepared candles and a ring, conveying excitement.
In a good atmosphere, Yano Shiho asked Choo Sung-hoon, “What do you like about me?” to which he replied, “Because you’re famous,” leaving everyone stunned. When an angry Yano Shiho pressed him further, he finally said, “Because you’re kind,” managing to smooth over the situation. In the studio, Choo Sung-hoon added, “Famous people are famous for a reason,” explaining that he was attracted to Yano Shiho's charm.
Yano Shiho then continued the conversation by saying the reason she likes Sarang is, “Sarang always looks out for everyone and takes care of those around her.” At that moment, when Sarang said, “That’s Mom,” Yano Shiho was suddenly moved to tears. Sarang has grown to the point of understanding a mother’s heart and being able to evoke such emotions. Hearing the heartwarming story of this lovely family was a delightful experience for the viewers. Attention is now focused on the happy and loving stories that the Choo family will continue to portray.
Meanwhile, the preview released at the end of the broadcast showed Sarang and Yuto meeting actor Jung Hae-in in Korea, piquing the viewers' curiosity. The show airs every Sunday at 7:50 PM.
