Actress Choi Yeo-jin revealed her wedding date and plans for children.
In the episode aired on the 7th of SBS ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny’, the daily life of Choi Yeo-jin and her fiancé Kim Jae-wook was depicted.
On this day, Choi Yeo-jin visited the administrative welfare center with Kim Jae-wook to register their marriage. When Kim Jae-wook hesitated, saying, “Think about it again. This is something you really need to think through,” Choi Yeo-jin replied, “What is there to think about? We’re getting married anyway, so let’s just get the paperwork done quickly. I don’t like all this noise.”
When Kim Jae-wook cautioned, “I’ll say it again, (registering the marriage) is a point of no return,” Choi Yeo-jin playfully grabbed him by the collar and asked, “What’s wrong? Are you saying this because you don’t want to marry me? What’s going on?” which drew laughter.
Choi Yeo-jin stated, “Once I decide, I go all in. That’s why I set the wedding date. We will marry on June 1,” receiving congratulations from everyone. When Kim Sook expressed doubt, saying, “Isn’t Kim Jae-wook also picking a date?” Choi Yeo-jin laughed and said, “He will know.”
Choi Yeo-jin left the administrative welfare center with only the marriage registration form, despite Kim Jae-wook’s objections. She smiled and said, “I feel excited. It feels like a new beginning. I’m glad that the preparations for the wedding are really starting.” She added, “I hope I don’t hear any apologies. Because I’m happy being with my fiancé. My life is divided into before and after meeting him.”
Meanwhile, Choi Yeo-jin and Kim Jae-wook mentioned their plans for a newlywed home, saying, “We are planning to build a newlywed house. The blueprints have come out. We are about to start construction,” which caught attention. The two looked at the blueprints in the lot where their new home will be built, imagining their future.
Additionally, Choi Yeo-jin and Kim Jae-wook discussed their plans for children. Kim Jae-wook said, “When I was younger, I wanted to have a baby, but seeing people around me raising kids, I realized you have no personal time at all. You can’t just ignore a baby. And now, thinking about having a baby is terrifying. Can’t you see my age? So I’ve let that go for now.”
Choi Yeo-jin also agreed, saying, “I will live as it flows. Rather than being anxious about it, I want to live like a river flows.”
