In ‘Pyeon Restaurant’, the cooking duo of Hwang Yoon-sung and Kim Joong-yeon causes Lee Chan-won's outfit to burst.
On the 18th, KBS2’s ‘New Menu Launch Pyeon Restaurant’ (hereafter ‘Pyeon Restaurant’) will reveal the chaotic cooking of eel soup by Chef Chan-tto Lee Chan-won and his cooking duo friends. Lee Chan-won invites his close friends Hwang Yoon-sung and Kim Joong-yeon, with whom he made 60 kimchi cabbages for charity last year, to his home to cook and eat eel soup. During this process, Lee Chan-won sighs heavily at his friends' chaotic cooking skills, turning Friday evening into a sea of laughter.
In the released VCR, Lee Chan-won invited his close friends Hwang Yoon-sung and Kim Joong-yeon to his home. MC Boom, the manager, showed an excited reaction, calling them “Lee Chan-won’s men,” while Kim Joong-yeon appeared in a flashy red velvet outfit, eliciting laughter. The two looked at Lee Chan-won with suspicious eyes, recalling the previous 60 kimchi cabbages. In response, Lee Chan-won said, “Let’s cook together today,” and pulled out a mysterious box.
Inside the box were large and vigorous loaches that could easily be mistaken for eels. Lee Chan-won, a loach soup enthusiast who usually enjoys loach soup with Hwang Yoon-sung, decided to make a nourishing dish for his friends. First, Lee Chan-won said he needed to sprinkle salt on the loaches and left the room to gather equipment. At that moment, Hwang Yoon-sung and Kim Joong-yeon activated their cooking duo instincts and quickly turned the house into a mess.
While Lee Chan-won was away getting a pot, they sprinkled salt on the loaches without even covering the lid. Eventually, the loaches made a great escape from the box, bouncing all over the house. Some loaches even went under the sofa. Hwang Yoon-sung exclaimed, “This one is a snake!” as he was once again surprised by the size of the escaping loaches, causing more laughter. Will Lee Chan-won be able to manage this entire situation and cook the desired loach soup?
The cooking duo's episodes of being clueless continued to pour out. Lee Chan-won even bowed his head and said, “Do you just want to go home?” However, he soon appealed to the strengths of his friends in the studio, saying, “My friends are really kind,” which brought more laughter.
