Singer Eun Ji-won expressed his sorrow while reminiscing about his late father.

On the 19th, Eun Ji-won appeared on the KBS2 entertainment program 'Salim Nam' and attended Park Seo-jin's housewarming party.

That day, Eun Ji-won and Ji Sang-ryeol boarded Park Seo-jin's father's boat, 'Junyoung-ho'. The father explained the reason he couldn't let go of his 50-year-long fishing career, saying, "Sometimes I cry because I miss my two deceased sons. But when I get on the boat and go out to sea, everything is forgotten."

Through the experience of losing family members, Park Seo-jin's father realized the importance of expressing affection. He advised, "You should treat your living parents well. What good is it to put apples and fruits on the ritual table after they pass away? Buy them one more apple while they are alive. If there is no expression of affection, they won't know."

Eun Ji-won admitted, "I've written a lot in letters, but I can't say it out loud," revealing that he struggles to express affection. He continued, "My father was from Gyeongsang-do. When he was young and alive, he was very patriarchal. He didn't even share a meal with my mother and me," and added, "Later, when my father was sick and lying in the hospital, I couldn't bear to see him lying there unable to do anything. So I couldn't even visit him properly."

He continued, "Hearing Park Seo-jin's father's words made me think a lot about my father. I felt sorry. What good is it to put apples that he loved on the ritual table? The saying to treat them well while they are here felt painfully true," expressing his longing for his father, who passed away in 2018.
