The virtual idol group PLAVE is making a comeback.
On the 9th, PLAVE officially announced their comeback by revealing a coming soon image and scheduler through their official SNS channels.
The released image features a dark alley shrouded in thick fog, creating a mysterious and cool atmosphere. Above it, the title of the third mini album ‘Caligo Pt.1’ is displayed along with the release date and time: ‘2025.02.03. 6PM (KST) RELEASE’, marking the start of the official comeback countdown.
According to the scheduler, PLAVE will start revealing various pre-content leading up to the release date, beginning with a concept film on the 13th, followed by moving posters, concept photos, album jackets, tracklists, highlight medleys, and music video teasers. Notably, the schedule includes a preview of the physical album, which is a first-time revealed form of pre-content, further heightening fans' curiosity and anticipation.
This mini album ‘Caligo Pt.1’ from PLAVE comes about 5 months after the release of their digital single ‘Pump Up The Volume!’ in August. Fans are eager to see what concept PLAVE will return with this time, having previously showcased a lively and bouncy charm.
On the day of the release of their new song ‘Pump Up The Volume!’, PLAVE topped the Melon charts HOT100 and TOP100, and also claimed the number one spot on terrestrial music broadcasts, drawing attention. Additionally, they achieved a cumulative streaming total of 1 billion across all released songs, making them the fastest to enter Melon's Hall of Fame ‘Billion Club’, proving their popularity.
Meanwhile, PLAVE's third mini album ‘Caligo Pt.1’ will be released on February 3rd at 6 PM through various music streaming sites.
