ENHYPEN member Jake has expressed his ambitious aspirations for 2025.
Today (10th), Jake appeared as a solo guest in the fourteenth episode of the global K-food talk show 'BYOB', uploaded on the YouTube channel 'JohnMaat'.
As the first guest of 'BYOB' in the new year, Jake showcased a variety of activities. When asked about ENHYPEN's plans for the new year, Jake stated, "We will be heading to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. It's a big step for our team," and added, "We will also be active with a good album." He mentioned that he has recently started learning production and hopes to complete two songs by the end of this year.
Jake shared that the reason he dreamed of becoming a singer was, "When I was 16, my mother showed me news of BTS performing in the U.S. From that moment, I became deeply immersed in K-POP." In response, MC Park Jun-hyung praised him, saying, "You were introduced to K-POP at 16, and in just six years, you've achieved great success."
Jake also showcased his talent as a 'genius in his main job'. He delivered a powerful performance to the title track 'No Doubt' from ENHYPEN's second full-length repackage album 'ROMANCE: UNTOLD -daydream-', released last November. His choreography highlighted the deadly charm of a vampire, heating up the K-Pocha.
Additionally, Jake presented a special risotto recipe using spicy carbonara ramen on the spot, and in a special segment called 'Hot Challenge', he enjoyed eating spicy ramen wraps, expressing his satisfaction. Jake remarked, "This is the most fun show I've participated in," sharing his warm impressions of the appearance.
Meanwhile, 'BYOB' is a global K-food talk show where Park Jun-hyung and Brian become the owners of K-Pocha and engage in heartfelt conversations with guests in English. It is released every Friday at 10 AM on the YouTube channel 'JohnMaat'.
