Comedian Ahn Sang-tae mentioned the shocking negative comments he received due to the past inter-floor noise controversy while sharing his current situation.
On the afternoon of the 9th, MBN's 'Exclusive World' revealed the story of Ahn Sang-tae, who had disappeared from the public eye after the inter-floor noise controversy.
On that day, Ahn Sang-tae recalled, “I had to move a little earlier because of the inter-floor noise controversy four years ago,” adding, “In my memory, I became a criminal to the point where I couldn’t leave my house.”
He said, “I was stuck in a situation where it seemed like (the person from the lower house) was right, and the people from the lower house I lived in before said that nothing like that had happened,” and added, “I met those people in court, and I had never seen the woman before, so I asked why she wrote it, and she said, ‘I wrote it because I was stressed from raising my child.’”
Ahn Sang-tae and his wife became the center of the inter-floor noise dispute issue when a post by Mr. A, who lived in the lower house, became a hot topic in an online community in early 2021. The neighbor, Mr. A, claimed in the post, “Ahn Sang-tae and his wife neglected the inter-floor noise,” and stated that despite visiting several times to express discomfort, they responded shamelessly, saying, “Should we tie up the child?”
In response, Ahn Sang-tae, feeling wronged, filed a civil lawsuit, claiming that Mr. A wrote content that was different from the truth. As a result, Mr. A's side acknowledged that the post contained expressions that were partially different from the facts or could be misunderstood, and they apologized to Ahn Sang-tae's family.
Ahn Sang-tae revealed, “I felt like I had become a criminal; even though I wasn’t a criminal, I was in the media, and I couldn’t even go out to eat,” and added, “There were cases where cruel negative comments were made about my daughter, including things like ‘cut off a part of her body,’” shocking everyone.
Recently, Ahn Sang-tae mentioned that he is producing a movie, saying, “I have made about eight short films over the past six years.” He made a surprise appearance in the movie 'Veteran 2' last year and candidly revealed, “My annual income is 320,000 Won,” drawing attention to the significant decrease in his earnings.
