Actress Jin Ye-sol and percussionist Kwon Seol-hu will hold their wedding on the 11th at a church in Seoul.
Kwon Seol-hu announced the wedding news last month, stating, “On January 11, 2025, I plan to start a new chapter as a married couple.”
In June 2023, Jin Ye-sol was involved in an accident while driving intoxicated along the Olympic Highway from Songpa-gu to Gangdong-gu in Seoul, crashing into the guardrail twice. She was also caught by the police while waiting at a traffic signal, asleep in the driver's seat. At that time, the blood alcohol concentration test revealed that her level was at a point that would lead to license cancellation, and she was charged with drunk driving.
Afterward, Jin Ye-sol expressed her sincere apologies, saying, “I truly regret having to convey such unfortunate news,” and added, “I made a grave mistake that should never have happened due to careless judgment,” taking time for reflection.
Jin Ye-sol debuted as an actress in 2009 as part of SBS's 11th talent recruitment. She gained recognition through dramas such as ‘You Are My Destiny,’ ‘Get Away, Mr. Tumor,’ ‘My Brilliant Life,’ and ‘Today's Webtoon.’
