Actor Lee Yoon-hee suddenly passed away on the 11th, and his agency mourned the loss, stating, "It feels like a great loss."

They continued, "Lee Yoon-hee was a precious person who contributed to popular culture for a long time as an actor and was loved by many," expressing their sorrow, "His absence feels like a great loss to all of us."
The agency added, "Through numerous works, Lee Yoon-hee has provided heartfelt performances and warm emotions to the public," stating, "We will do our best to cherish his warm memories and achievements and honor his life and values."
Born in 1960, the late actor began his acting career in 1985 with the play "There is Soup," gaining significant attention for his role as 'Elder Kang' in the 2007 film "Secret Sunshine."
He later appeared in supporting roles in films such as "King of Abus" (2012), "Confidential Assignment" (2015), "Citizen K" (2017), and "Harodongseon" (2022). He also brought vitality to major works with his unique performances in dramas like "Save Me 2" (2019), "Black Dog" (2019), "Convenience Store Saetbyeol" (2020), "Taxi Driver" (2021), "The Great Escape" (2020), "The Murderer's Shopping List" (2022), "Thief, The Sound of the Sword" (2023), "Seonsan" (2024), and "Sejak, The Enchanted Ones" (2024).
The funeral hall has been set up at Ulsan Hospital. The funeral will take place on the 13th at 8 AM, and the burial site will be Ulsan Sky Park.
