Singer Lee Hyori has certified herself as a “big spender.”

On the 16th, Lee Hyori appeared as a guest on MBC Radio FM4U (91.9 MHz) “Perfect Day with Lee Sang-soon.”

Lee Sang-soon said, “I’ve been doing radio since November, so it’s been over two months.” As Lee Hyori became responsible for dinner while he was doing the radio, she said, “It’s been over two months since I’ve been setting the table every day. It’s gradually increasing,” and added, “I sincerely respect the housewives of Korea. From menu selection, it shouldn’t overlap, right? It’s really hard.”

Lee Sang-soon commented, “It’s okay for the person eating the meal to have overlapping dishes,” but Lee Hyori replied, “From the perspective of setting the table, I want to make something different. I also went to Noryangjin Fish Market. I bought about 160 sandfish in total, in three batches of 40. I semi-dried them for three days and grilled them. They said it feels like the eggs will come out in your mouth,” she joked. She added, “I didn’t know before because I hadn’t cooked, but after trying it, I realized I’m a big spender.”

Lee Sang-soon remarked, “Lee Hyori is quick and generous. She makes a lot of side dishes. (I) can eat with just one or two side dishes,” acknowledging his wife’s efforts. In response, Lee Hyori playfully shot back, “Even when I do this, (he complains), so that’s why housewives have it tough. It’s mentally lonely. When I make side dishes, he says something about it. It’s excessive.”
