Anchor Kim Dae-ho has an accident while viewing an apartment.

In the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Homes’ airing on the 23rd at 10 PM, actor Ha Seok-jin will make an appearance.

This episode will reveal the rankings of apartment sales transactions in Seoul for 2024, from 1st to 25th place. Among them, they will view various apartments in Songpa-gu, which ranked first in apartment sales transactions in Seoul. The viewing in Songpa-gu will be accompanied by Ha Seok-jin, a native of Songpa-gu, along with Kim Sook and Kim Dae-ho.

The first place the three head to is an apartment located near Jamsil Station, a 15-story building with 3,930 units completed in 1978. It is said that all the apartments in complexes 1 to 4 of the same building have undergone reconstruction. As they pass through the lobby that shows its age and the long corridor, they are drawn to an apartment that boasts a surprising interior due to a complete remodel.

While exploring the house, the three discover the homeowner's child's academy schedule. Surprised by the packed schedule, Ha Seok-jin comments, “When I was young, I learned the basics of Korean, English, and Math, as well as piano, taekwondo, and essay writing.” Kim Dae-ho, startled by the mention of essay writing, humorously reveals, “I didn’t go because I had to take the Korean language proficiency test for KBS,” which brings laughter. In response, Kim Sook points out, “It’s not that you didn’t go, it’s that you couldn’t go~,” showcasing their playful chemistry.

Afterward, the three head to an apartment located in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu. This large apartment complex, which houses 5,540 units, was originally built as accommodations for foreign journalists and athletes during the 1988 Seoul Olympics, catching their attention. Ha Seok-jin introduces it by saying, “Unlike most apartments built in a straight line, this complex is arranged in a fan shape around a commercial area, resembling the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.” He also reminisces, “My uncle lived in this apartment. Every time I visited on weekends, I envied the enormous commercial area.”

Upon entering the apartment, the three are captivated by the diagonal staircase located in the large living room. The structure separates the upper and lower floors, and it is said to be the home of a famous person previously featured on ‘I Live Alone,’ sparking curiosity about who it might be.

Meanwhile, an unexpected situation arises for Kim Dae-ho while he is exploring the house. Flustered to the point of turning red, he repeatedly exclaims, “I will never view an expensive house again,” raising curiosity.

The apartment viewing in Songpa-gu, which ranked first in apartment sales transactions in Seoul for 2024, will be revealed on MBC’s ‘Save Me! Homes’ on Thursday, the 23rd, at 10 PM.
