Actors Son Seok-koo and Choi Hee-seo are making their Hollywood debut.
On the 21st (local time), American entertainment media Variety reported, "Korean stars Choi Hee-seo and Son Seok-koo will appear in the indie film 'Bedford Park'."
According to the report, 'Bedford Park' is the debut work of writer and editor Stephanie Ahn. It tells the story of a Korean-American woman who struggles between loyalty to her family and her passion, and a lonely former wrestler trying to correct the mistakes of his past. Filming is set to begin next spring in New Jersey.
Choi Hee-seo shared the article on her Instagram, expressing, "To me, 'Bedford Park' was like the sunlight shining through the window in a photo taken on the audition day, May 29, 2019. I am extremely grateful that after six years, I can finally start this journey."
Son Seok-koo and Choi Hee-seo previously collaborated in the play 'The Army on the Tree'.
