Comedian Kim Dae-hee showed his 'bone comedian' side while apologizing for his YouTube content.
On the 24th, a video titled “This is Kkondaehee, I have something to say” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Kkondaehee’. In this video, Kim Dae-hee appeared in his alter ego ‘Kkondaehee’ costume and stated, “I’m sorry. First, I would like to apologize,” adding, “I think the content uploaded on our Kkondaehee channel titled ‘Decision to Divorce’ has caused misunderstandings for many people, so I made this video.”
He continued, “The divorce counseling between me and my wife, Bong-seon, seemed to reflect the marital discord of comedian Kim Dae-hee and his wife. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to comedian Kim Dae-hee and his sister-in-law,” and added, “I want to inform you that comedian Kim Dae-hee and his wife are living very well together,” which drew laughter.
Kim Dae-hee also said, “I hope this clarification video resolves any misunderstandings, and finally, for those who watched the video ‘Decision to Divorce’, I want to make it clear that I have no relationship with comedian Kim Dae-hee’s sister-in-law.”
After reading a printed apology letter on A4 paper, Kim Dae-hee expressed his frustration, saying, “Is that enough? What did I do wrong? Why do I have to film this? Why do I have to apologize? People misunderstood because Kim Dae-hee resembles me, and I have no fault in that, so why should I say things I don’t mean?” He showed anger towards the production team. On the 22nd, Kim Dae-hee uploaded a video titled “I’m going to put an end to my 30-year marriage” on ‘Kkondaehee’. The video drew attention as he met with a divorce lawyer alongside Shin Bong-seon, with whom he has consistently acted in a couple concept since the ‘Gag Concert’ days. Shin Bong-seon stated, “I’m trying to legally separate from you,” and revealed that she had consulted a divorce lawyer. She added, “We have been living apart for 3 years.”
Kim Dae-hee expressed, “It’s been 5 years of separation,” and said, “I don’t know the reason. I suddenly left home while we were living well.” Shin Bong-seon explained her reasons for wanting a divorce, saying, “We can’t communicate, he yells, and he eats all three meals at home. He nags a lot, and I feel a lump in my chest.” Regarding asset division, she humorously asked, “This person’s entire asset is his subscribers. Can I get a share of the ‘Kkondaehee’ channel?”
