BLACKPINK's Rosé mourned the recently deceased hairstylist Jesus Guerrero.
On the 24th, Rosé posted a tribute on her Instagram story saying, "The most lovable angel who came to me when I needed you the most. I love you so much. And I already miss you," along with a photo taken with Jesus Guerrero.
Jesus Guerrero was a well-known hairstylist for celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, and Katy Perry. According to local media such as NBC NEWS, he passed away suddenly on the 23rd at the age of 34.
His family stated on social media, "His death came very suddenly and unexpectedly. We will remember him as 'the brightest light'."
Rosé is known to have collaborated with Jesus Guerrero while working on her first full-length album 'Rosie', released last December.
Last year, Rosé made waves in the global music market with her collaboration 'APT' with Bruno Mars.
The 'APT' music video achieved 1 billion views on YouTube, and her first album 'Rosie' entered the Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' at number 3, setting a new record for K-pop female artists.
Rosé will participate in BLACKPINK's world tour this year, starting in Korea on July 5-6, and will meet fans in the USA, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and Japan.
