Fashion magazine 'Harper's Bazaar' Korea has unveiled the cover of its Spring Edition featuring global K-pop musician and actress Jisoo.
Jisoo graces the cover of 'Bazaar's first special book for 2025, the Spring Edition. She posed in front of the 'Bazaar' camera wearing the new collection from Tommy Hilfiger, where she serves as a global ambassador. The photoshoot, themed 'Daydreaming', captured Jisoo and Tommy Hilfiger's innocent moments on a leisurely afternoon, filled with vibrant colors. Jisoo, who radiates brightness and beauty like no other, perfectly embodied the casual mood of Tommy Hilfiger, leaving the staff in awe throughout the shoot.
In a subsequent interview after the shoot, when asked about the challenges she faced while preparing for her new album 'AMORTAGE', she replied, "I wanted to capture emotions that everyone has probably experienced at least once. I believe there’s no one who can’t relate to the theme of love. I decided on the title track 'earthquake' first, as it felt like an uncontrollable song. It changes continuously from beginning to end, creating a feeling of uncertainty about how it flows. Since it’s a song that expresses a trembling moment, I hoped the entire album would flow like a movie." She added, "This album feels like the beginning of a significant challenge for me. It’s a project where I worked with new collaborators, and it feels like we are growing together while learning everything from scratch, which makes me more attached to it."
When asked about the driving force behind her ability to actively work as both a singer and actress, she said, "When I think about why I want to work harder as time goes on, it seems like all the emotions are created thanks to my fans. When fans see the stage or content I’m in, I hope they feel 'proud of me', and that gives me a sense of pride. There were times when I wondered why I was so determined to do things that could easily be overlooked, but I feel good knowing that the love I receive gives me the motivation to keep going."
