Singer Lee Seung-hwan has raised his voice in criticism, mentioning 'rebellion' again.
On the 9th, Lee Seung-hwan uploaded a post on his social media (SNS) stating, "The only way to erase 'memories of rebellion' is not through the CIA, but by using the MIB's memory-erasing device, the 'Neuralyzer'. As a sister product, there is 'Red Sun'."
This post included a scene from the movie 'Men in Black' and a photo of the 'Neuralyzer', the device used to erase memories in 'Men in Black'.
This seems to be directed at President Yoon Suk-yeol and conservative forces, who released a statement that day. President Yoon's side claimed in the statement, "The time of manipulation and falsehood is over, and it is time to uncover the conspiracy of rebellion."
Lee Seung-hwan is known as a representative progressive celebrity and has been continuously voicing political opinions. Last month, on the 6th, he revealed that he had filed a constitutional complaint against the city of Gumi, which canceled his concert last December.
