Ayumi, a former member of the group Sugar, revealed her 9-month-old first daughter.
On the 12th, Ayumi appeared on TV Chosun's 'Perfect Life' and shared her cozy daily life with her daughter for the first time.
Ayumi said, "She was born in June last year, and now she is 9 months old," adding, "I gave birth to my first child at 39 years old. It was a late pregnancy, so I have been feeling pain here and there."
She continued, "I gained 20kg during pregnancy. After giving birth, my cholesterol levels increased, and I even developed plantar fasciitis," expressing her struggles.
Furthermore, she mentioned, "I lost 10kg after giving birth, but the remaining 10kg just won't come off. I want to be slim like before, but I'm worried that if I diet too much, I won't have the energy to take care of my child," and expressed her desire to create a "fit and healthy body" without extreme dieting.
