Seo Jeong-hee confessed to the side effects of her breast cancer medication.
On the 19th, Seo Jeong-hee posted on her social media (SNS) account, "I had to do something for prolonged youth. I need to sleep well and eat well," along with a recent photo.
Seo Jeong-hee stated, "The breast cancer medication I've been taking for five years has a side effect of insomnia. While my personal experience may differ, it also prevents essential female hormones from being produced in my body," adding, "I am experiencing menopausal symptoms twice or three times as severely."
She mentioned, "I am creating healthier habits," and said, "I do simple stretching and swim to increase my stiffening muscles."
Additionally, she added, "I eat stick-type olive oil every morning on an empty stomach. It helps alleviate the scratchy throat caused by fine dust."
Previously, Seo Jeong-hee was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. After undergoing surgery, she faced a tough time receiving additional chemotherapy. On the December 9, 2023 broadcast of the talk show 'Dongchimi', she revealed that she is dating younger architect Kim Tae-hyun and is set to marry in May.
