Shoo, a member of the group S.E.S., shared her recent updates and expressed her determination for a new beginning after a long time.

On the 25th, Shoo revealed her feelings on her SNS, stating, "Me as a person. The good and the bad, all of it is what makes a person," and added, "It's okay to be criticized now."

She mentioned, "I've become quite indifferent," and continued, "It's all okay whether I get criticized or not. The entertainment industry may seem glamorous, but sometimes we inevitably become targets of criticism through the media. Of course, it might not always be the case. In fact, this job can be very lonely. Really a lot," expressing her struggles.

She reflected on her past controversies, saying, "I was really scared. So much that I didn't want to see people." She then added, "But for my future life, I want to love people and live being loved. No, it's okay if I'm not loved. As long as I can love, that's enough for me," comforting herself.

Previously, Shoo was sentenced to six months in prison, two years of probation, and 80 hours of community service in February 2019 for habitual gambling amounting to 790 million won over 26 occasions in places like Macau between August 2016 and May 2018.

During this time, she has been communicating with her remaining fans through internet broadcasts and has recently transformed into a businesswoman by participating in the launch of products using medicinal herbs. She cultivated the herbs herself, and all the products have sold out.
