Actress Han Ga-in has halted her YouTube activities and made a donation to express her sincere condolences for the wildfire damage in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.

On the 27th, the team behind Han Ga-in's YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in' announced, "We extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to those affected by the wildfires in Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk," and stated that they would cancel this week's web content video uploads.

They added, "We hope this donation will help those affected by the wildfires, and we have donated the revenue generated from views since the channel's inception in the name of myself and the Nallari team. Thanks to our subscribers for their interest and support," confirming the donation details.

The disclosed donation details included a transfer of 50 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association under the name 'Han Ga-in and Nallari.'

The 'Free Woman Han Ga-in' team stated, "It is very unfortunate that the wildfires are not being contained due to the dry weather and winds. We sincerely hope that the wildfires will be extinguished as soon as possible, and we express our deep gratitude to those who are working day and night to prevent further damage."

Since the 21st, wildfires have occurred in the Yeongnam region, including Sancheong in Gyeongnam and Uiseong in Gyeongbuk, resulting in casualties and numerous evacuees.

In response, many celebrities, including Han Ga-in, have joined the donation efforts to support recovery from the damage.

Currently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has decided to expand the existing disaster safety initial response team into an emergency response team that includes relevant departments due to the ongoing dry weather and strong winds causing the wildfires to spread, resulting in many casualties and evacuees.
