Hello, this is Modenberry Korea.
We would like to convey our official position regarding malicious comments, the spread of false information, personal attacks, and defamation against our artist Ansom.
We have continuously confirmed the ongoing spread of baseless false information and malicious comments directed at artist Ansom on online platforms and social media. We have closely reviewed the circumstances surrounding this and have decided to take legal action to protect the rights of our artist.
Additionally, the claim that Ansom and CEO Kim Kwang-soo of Pocketdol Studio were dating, made in the video titled <[Shocking Exclusive] A Battle for One Man Among Members of Girl Group ‘DIA’> posted on the Gaseyeon YouTube channel on March 2, 2024, is clearly false, and we plan to take legal action regarding this matter.
In the future, we will take strong legal action against all malicious acts without any leniency, and we will continue to monitor for additional legal responses. Engaging in the creation, distribution, and spread of malicious posts against our artist is a clear criminal act, and we will continuously collect evidence related to this to take strong measures, including criminal complaints and civil damages.
We promise to always strive for a healthy fan culture and the protection of our artist, and we ask for your continued interest and support.
