Writer Lim Sang-chun's letter to the actors and staff is drawing attention.

Recently, an online community has focused on a letter that writer Lim Sang-chun delivered to the actors and staff during the wrap party of 'Poksak Sogassuda'.

Lim expressed her affection, saying, "It has been exactly a year since our ship set sail," and "Like our drama, we truly experienced all four seasons together. Standing at the harbor with a prayerful heart, I watched and thought, 'What kind of magic are you performing?'

She continued, "I was speechless with joy. I was deeply grateful," adding, "I have a strong desire to embrace each and every one of you. I waited with the hope that our ship would return fully loaded, and thanks to all of you, my heart has already been filled to the brim. Our staff, our actors, our director have been a miracle to me."

Lim also said, "I don't know what season our drama shared with you. It might have been a spring day, a summer night, or perhaps it is winter now... I hope our drama was ultimately a source of comfort and that it was your youth," and expressed her gratitude and comfort to the actors and production team, saying, "After a very long time, when you stand in Aesoon's flower garden and look back, I hope you remember, 'I think it was a good decision to be part of that drama at that time...'"

Finally, she said, "I will miss you until we meet again in spring," and concluded with, "Poksak Sogassuda. And deeply, deeply, I love you."

The Netflix series 'Poksak Sogassuda', which was released until its last episode on the 28th, tells the adventurous life of Aesoon, a 'rebellious girl' born in Jeju, and Gwan-sik, a 'foolish iron man', through the four seasons. The performances of actors such as IU, Park Bo-gum, Moon So-ri, and Park Hae-joon, along with the warm story and beautiful mise-en-scène, received positive reviews from viewers.

Full text of Lim Sang-chun's letter

It has been exactly a year since our ship set sail.

We truly experienced all four seasons together, just like our drama. Standing at the harbor with a prayerful heart, I watched and thought... I wondered what kind of magic you were performing.

Seeing you create "a field where cabbages burst forth densely," and watching you create a village, a season, and a world with one heart made me feel so reassured and moved.

I was speechless with joy. I was deeply grateful.

I have a strong desire to embrace each and every one of you. I waited with the hope that our ship would return fully loaded, and thanks to all of you, my heart has already been filled to the brim. Our staff, our actors, our director have been a miracle to me.

I don't know what season our drama shared with you. It might have been a spring day, a summer night, or perhaps it is winter now... I hope our drama was ultimately a source of comfort and that it was your youth.

After a very long time, when you stand in Aesoon's flower garden and look back, I hope you remember, 'I think it was a good decision to be part of that drama at that time...'

You were truly exceptional, wonderful, and the best!

This book would not exist without you.

I will miss you until we meet again in spring.

Poksak Sogassuda. And deeply, deeply, I love you.

Sincerely, Lim Sang-chun.
