Broadcaster Park Kyung-rim shared various stories, from her MC debut and the process of marrying her husband to her challenges as a 'Creative Director' in the show musical Again 'Dream High'.
On the 30th, Park Kyung-rim's guest appearance was posted on Jung Jae-hyung's YouTube channel 'Fairy Jae-hyung'.
In the video, Jung Jae-hyung proudly mentioned, "I personally called to invite her," showcasing their connection. He expressed his joy, saying, "Even when I was in Paris, she came to my house, and later when I saw her on a show, I thought, 'Thank you for living so well. I should invite her to 'Fairy Table'..." To which Park Kyung-rim playfully responded, "I remember all of that... Why did you only call me now?" revealing a genuine friendship moment with Jung Jae-hyung.
Park Kyung-rim recalled winning the youngest MBC Entertainment Award at the age of 23 in 2001, saying, "I worked a lot, but I never thought I would receive that award."
She continued, "I did 'Living Together and Sharing Joy', 'Love Forever', 'New Nonstop', and radio shows. Since I had an album out at that time, I think that contributed to it. I couldn't sleep more than two or three hours for three years, but I was so happy. I dreamed of being an MC since the 5th grade, and I came this far without knowing if it would happen, so when this opportunity arose, I had no reason to decline the invitation," revealing her secret to winning the award.
The multi-talented Park Kyung-rim also mentioned her new challenge as a 'Creative Director'. She is involved in the production process of the show musical Again 'Dream High', from casting to script revisions and OST planning.
Jung Jae-hyung expressed his amazement, saying, "Everything you did while studying abroad and what you are trying to do now are all connected. It's related to production." Park Kyung-rim responded, "Many people supported my dreams. Thanks to people like Jae-hyung, Moon-sae, Soo-hong, Guk-jin, and Jang-hoon, I am who I am today. Now, I think I need to support someone else's dream. That's my dream too, so it's very fun," confessing her happy days.
She added, "We may or may not achieve our dreams, but honestly, the happiest time is when we dream. The show musical 'Dream High' is a work that encourages people to spread their wings without fear, so I hope many people will watch it," she urged.
The show musical Again 'Dream High', in which Park Kyung-rim participates as a Creative Director and principal, will open on Saturday, April 5, at the Woori Financial Art Hall in Olympic Park. Tickets are available for reservation at Yes24 Ticket and Ticket Link.
