Friends of the late actress Kim Sae-ron are reportedly preparing a statement following Kim Soo-hyun's press conference.

The TV Chosun program 'Incident File 24', which aired on the 1st, covered Kim Soo-hyun's press conference held on the 31st.

The 'Incident File 24' team quoted the words of the late Kim Sae-ron's family's lawyer, expressing disappointment that "we expected a sincere apology from Kim Soo-hyun, but there was no apology to the family."

They also mentioned, "There are eight friends who know that the deceased was in a relationship with Kim Soo-hyun since her minor years. The friends of the deceased, feeling frustrated after watching Kim Soo-hyun's press conference, are writing a statement," and indicated that they could disclose it depending on the situation.

The lawyer added, "It would have been better if he had at least acknowledged something like, 'I had good feelings since her minor years, but I remember normal meetings only after she became an adult.' I don't understand why everyone is denying it."

The late Kim Sae-ron passed away on February 16. Currently, her family maintains that Kim Soo-hyun should acknowledge their romantic relationship and issue an official apology. They are continuing to expose Kim Soo-hyun's private life, leading to ongoing controversies that have affected Kim Soo-hyun's drama and advertising schedules.

In response, Kim Soo-hyun recently held a press conference to clarify the situation. He claimed, "I did not date her when she was a minor; we met after she became an adult," asserting, "I cannot call a lie the truth due to coercion. I will prove it."

Kim Soo-hyun's side has filed a lawsuit against the family, an unidentified individual, and the operator of the YouTube channel 'Garoseoro Research Institute' for defamation under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Additionally, they have filed a lawsuit for damages amounting to 12 billion won.
