In ‘The Jeon Hyun-moo Project 2’, Kim Jong-min hands over an invitation to Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube, sharing not only stories about the wedding but also his true feelings about his fiancée.
In the 24th episode of MBN and Channel S’s ‘The Jeon Hyun-moo Project 2’, which will air on the 4th, Jeon Hyun-moo, Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin), and ‘eating friend’ Kim Jong-min will embark on a delightful ‘food chemistry’ adventure in a small city in Tokushima, Japan.
During the broadcast, Jeon Hyun-moo suggests an impromptu ‘late-night snack battle’ as they spend their last night in Japan. Kwak Tube declares, “I’m an expert on Japanese travel and convenience stores,” and promises to bring back delicious snacks from the convenience store, after which the three of them scatter to find local late-night snacks.
However, Jeon Hyun-moo is shocked after being turned down three times at various karaage restaurants. He reveals that he had an astonishing experience at a place he wandered into while listening to music, saying, “It was so bizarre that I was taken aback,” sparking curiosity about what happened. Meanwhile, Kwak Tube confidently selects food at the convenience store, feeling proud of his choices.
After finishing their late-night snack shopping, the three gather at Kwak Tube’s ‘pick’ budget accommodation, where they spread out convenience store foods like bread, spicy ramen, and Japanese gyoza and takoyaki that Kim Jong-min brought, diving into a food broadcast.
During this time, Kim Jong-min takes out his wedding invitation, set for April 20, and hands it to Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube.
Jeon Hyun-moo exclaims, “Oh my goodness! Jong-min is giving me a wedding invitation,” and asks, “Who will host the ceremony and sing the congratulatory song?” Kim Jong-min replies, “Yoo Jae-suk will host the first part, and Jo Se-ho and Moon Se-yoon will host the second part.” Kwak Tube confirms, “Of course, the congratulatory song will be by Koyote,” to which Kim Jong-min responds, “No, it will be sung by Lyn.” This raises curiosity about what role Koyote will play at the wedding.
Kim Jong-min also openly shares about his first meeting with his 11-year-younger fiancée. Upon hearing this, Jeon Hyun-moo comments, “The other person must have had a crush on you from the start.” In a warm atmosphere, Kim Jong-min expresses, “The more I meet my girlfriend, the more my heart opens up to the point of flipping over,” and shares a ‘love-struck’ remark, eventually revealing the ‘one phrase’ from his fiancée that made him decide to get married.
In response, Jeon Hyun-moo empathizes, saying, “I’m also looking for someone who can say that to me,” and adds, “I’ve recently had a big blow,” expressing his mixed feelings, “Now that Jo Se-ho and Kim Jong-min are getting married, I feel empty.” The broadcast will air that night.
