Kim Kyung-rok, a member of V.O.S and a singer, expressed his joy over the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol.
On the 4th, Kim Kyung-rok posted on his Instagram, "I saw the Hanwha Eagles win once, but I've seen impeachment twice," and added, "Eagles, rise up."
He also shared images from the Hanwha Eagles' victory along with pictures of citizens participating in candlelight protests and a photo depicting the definition of impeachment.
Earlier that morning, the Constitutional Court unanimously accepted the impeachment trial request against President Yoon Seok-yeol by eight judges, resulting in Yoon losing his position immediately and being impeached. This makes President Yoon the second president in South Korea's constitutional history to be impeached, following former President Park Geun-hye in 2017.
