Actor Nam Yoon-soo (27) explained the reason why an adult video was posted and then deleted on his social media.
On the 13th, a post titled 'Nam Yoon-soo seems to have mistakenly reposted on Instagram' was published on an online community.
The post included a repost from Nam Yoon-soo's personal account. The post is presumed to be an advertisement for adult products, depicting a woman's lower body shaped like a balloon, which caused viewers to frown.
Later, Nam Yoon-soo wrote on a fan communication platform, "I was driving and what is this repost? Was I hacked? Something strange was posted, and fans informed me."
He then shared a screenshot of his account, saying, "This is just the algorithm, so I guess I was hacked. I didn't even know it was pressed." He clarified that he did not personally post the content.
A representative from his agency, Agency Garden, also stated to Maeil Business Star Today, "It appears that while Nam Yoon-soo was driving, his phone in his pocket was accidentally pressed."
He continued, "If he had posted it while watching, it would have been a mistake, but it was an accidental happening. Although it was not intentional, we apologize if anyone felt uncomfortable due to the adult advertisement-related video."
Nam Yoon-soo starred in the TVING series 'The Law of Love in the Big City' last year and is set to release a new movie 'Killing Time' this year.
