
Comedian Park Sung-kwang's wife and influencer Lee Sol-i expressed extreme distress over the surge of fake news following her confession about battling cancer.
On the 14th, Lee Sol-i shared messages sent by fans on her personal account, expressing her frustration. The messages she revealed that day included false information such as “I saw the news that you passed away” and “There are rumors of your death circulating on YouTube,” which caused shock. Additionally, the messages included a link to a video that spread the false news of Lee Sol-i's death.
Lee Sol-i lamented, “I receive dozens of these DMs (direct messages) every day,” and added, “I reported it on YouTube, but I don’t know what else to do. How can we stop this?” She further pleaded, “Please take down the false rumor videos,” evoking sympathy.

Previously, on the 2nd, Lee Sol-i revealed that she had been diagnosed with female cancer, confessing, “I can no longer have children.”
She shared, “I endured a tough time while undergoing chemotherapy,” and expressed her pain, saying, “After appearing on broadcasts, I was portrayed as a ‘luxurious woman,’ ‘a woman who doesn’t want children,’ and ‘a woman who uses her husband like an ATM’ amidst negative comments, sensational articles, and distorted views.”
After excessive speculation regarding her ‘cancer battle,’ she further clarified, “I had surgery three years ago and have completed chemotherapy. I have been diagnosed with no cancer cells in my body. I am currently undergoing regular check-ups.”
