The court ordered Kim Se-yi, the representative of the YouTube channel Gaseyeon, which posted videos related to YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jeong-won) without her consent, to delete the relevant videos.

The 51st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Chief Judge Park Sang-eon) partially granted Tzuyang's request for an injunction to delete and prohibit the posting of the videos against Gaseyeon and its representative Kim Se-yi on the 17th.

The court stated, "The content of this video is sufficient to lower the social value and evaluation of the creditor, and it is proven to infringe on matters that should be protected as private secrets," and judged it as "an act that unlawfully infringes on the creditor's honor and private secrets beyond the scope of legitimate exercise of rights."

Last July, Kim Se-yi revealed related recordings, claiming that Tzuyang was threatened by YouTuber Gyujaeok (real name Lee Jun-hee) and others. It was alleged that she was threatened over her past work in entertainment establishments.

Subsequently, Tzuyang confessed that she worked in entertainment establishments due to violence and coercion from her ex-boyfriend, but Kim Se-yi continued to broadcast claims that Tzuyang's explanation was "not true." In response, Tzuyang filed a complaint against Kim Se-yi for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act and for threats and coercion.

The police decided not to prosecute Kim Se-yi in February due to insufficient evidence, but the prosecution accepted Tzuyang's objection and requested supplementary investigations from the police last month.
