Recently, a post on florist A's Instagram stated, "Actor Song Joong-ki has been taking flower classes with us since last summer," which quickly spread online.
The post included a photo of Song Joong-ki engrossed in flower arrangement. He also took a friendly selfie with florist A.
Song Joong-ki's efforts were part of his preparation for a new project. A said, "In order to prepare for the role of a male florist, Sun Woo-ha, in the new JTBC drama 'My Youth,' he has been learning the basics of flowers step by step for a long time, and I learned a lot from his dedication and passion," praising Song Joong-ki.

His new drama 'My Youth' is an emotional romance about Sun Woo-ha (played by Song Joong-ki), who starts a normal life later than others, and Seong Je-yeon (played by Chun Woo-hee), who must disrupt the peace of her first love for her own success. Song Joong-ki plays the male lead, a novelist and florist who has just escaped the chaos of life.
Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki remarried Katie Louise Saunders, a British actress, in 2023. They have one son and one daughter together.
