Comedian Park Sung-kwang's wife, Lee Sol-i, revealed that she was desperate for weight loss after her cancer treatment.
On the 23rd, when asked for diet tips on her social media, Lee Sol-i responded, “I also gained weight due to medication after my treatment. So, I was desperate for weight loss and lost 4kg from 47kg to 43kg.”
She continued, “But I really didn’t do anything special. I just maintained a fasting period of over 12 hours, had regular meals, and exercised for more than 30 minutes 1-2 times a week. That’s all. As long as I maintain a regular and normal lifestyle, my body will normalize, and the weight will come off.”
Recently, Lee Sol-i confessed to battling women's cancer, which brought sadness. She said, “After resigning, I was naturally preparing for a child, but I was diagnosed with cancer after 5 months,” adding, “Due to the nature of women's cancer, I became unable to have children.”
Lee Sol-i expressed her distress, saying, “I didn’t want to bring this up, but I was so hurt to be portrayed only as a ‘luxurious woman,’ ‘a woman who doesn’t have children,’ and ‘a woman who uses her husband like an ATM’ amidst continuous sensational articles and distorted views.”
After excessive speculation regarding her ‘cancer battle,’ Lee Sol-i further clarified, “I had surgery three years ago and have completed chemotherapy. I have currently been diagnosed with no cancer cells in my body and am undergoing regular check-ups.”
Meanwhile, Lee Sol-i married comedian Park Sung-kwang in 2020 and appeared on SBS’s ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 - You Are My Destiny,’ revealing their daily life as a couple.
