ADOR has issued a warning regarding the collection of personal information by the NewJeans fandom.

The team calling themselves the representative of the NewJeans fandom, Team Bunnies, announced on the 25th that they had posted a notice about the NewJeans and Indomie Migorang pop-up store on their account.

Team Bunnies shared a reservation link for a demand survey, asking fans to participate in the demand for online purchases. The link states, "The information will only be used for the purpose of a simple demand survey and will not be provided to third parties," while requesting name, phone number, and email information.

In response, the agency stated, "Currently, movements to collect personal information under the pretext of a preliminary demand survey have been confirmed through some accounts and communities," and urged fans to be cautious to avoid any damage.

NewJeans held an emergency press conference last November, declaring the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR and began their independent activities. They also announced their new group name, 'NJZ.'

In response, ADOR filed a request for a provisional injunction to maintain its status as a management agency and to prohibit the signing of advertising contracts. The court made a ruling on this matter in March, determining that the NewJeans members should not engage in entertainment activities on their own or through third parties without ADOR's prior approval or consent. The members submitted an objection on the same day, but it was also dismissed. The members are currently in the process of appealing.
