‘Gag Concert’ once again proves its prowess as a master of parody.
In the 1119th episode of KBS2's ‘Gag Concert’ airing on the 27th, popular dramas ‘Poksak Sogassuda’ and ‘Seonjae Eopgo Twi-eo’ will be wittily reinterpreted.
On this day, comedian Lee Hyun-jung will appear as the character ‘Jenny's Mom’ played by actress Kim Geum-soon in ‘Poksak Sogassuda’ at the ‘Simgok Police Station’. Her visuals, seemingly just popped out of the drama, are expected to capture the viewers' attention.
It is rumored that her resemblance to the character goes beyond just visuals. Lee Hyun-jung comes to the ‘Simgok Police Station’ on charges of arranging a proxy exam, and her dialect comedy, mimicking Jenny's Mom's speech from ‘Poksak Sogassuda’, is planned to tickle the viewers' funny bones.
‘Chatflix’ will parody the drama ‘Seonjae Eopgo Twi-eo’, which took the world by storm in 2024. Na Hyun-young will play the female lead Im Sol, while Park Sung-kwang will take on the male lead Ryu Seon-jae.
